A product licensing proposal is a document through which a company or an individual can seek to invite another company or individual to partake of the former’s product name, logo, idea or intellectual property. The client company, or the company invited to share the name, logo, or product of the licensing company, shall receive the license, or right, to use the latter’s name, and hence, the document must be read very carefully before being adhered to.
