Main tenets of the product licensing proposal:
- Under section 67[A] of the company’s legal code, the product license shall be handed to the client company for a period of two years, after which, on review of performance, the license may be renewed or revoked.
- The client company shall be permitted to use intellectual and material property of our company, like the logo, name, copyright etc.
- The product license is being handed to the client company so that the latter can participate in our business by supplying us with finished goods at a reasonable rate already agreed on in initial talks.
- The duration of the license is two years. The date of commencement is 7th August 2011 and the date of termination is 7th August 2013.
