This Event Photography Proposal Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Client and the Photographer as of [date].

1. Event Details: The Client agrees to hire the Photographer to provide event photography services for the following event:

1. Services: The Photographer will provide the following services:

• Coverage of the event as agreed upon
• Editing and retouching of photos
• Delivery of high-resolution digital images

1. Payment: The Client agrees to pay the Photographer the total fee of [amount] for the event photography services. A non-refundable deposit of [amount] is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.

5. Copyright: The Photographer retains the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes. Any additional usage by the Client requires written permission from the Photographer.
