This Event Photography Proposal Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Client and the Photographer as of [date].
- Event Details: The Client agrees to hire the Photographer to provide event photography services for the following event:

- Services: The Photographer will provide the following services:
- Coverage of the event as agreed upon
- Editing and retouching of photos
- Delivery of high-resolution digital images
- Payment: The Client agrees to pay the Photographer the total fee of [amount] for the event photography services. A non-refundable deposit of [amount] is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.
- Cancellation: If the Client cancels the event or changes the event date, the deposit is non-refundable. In the event that the Photographer cancels, a full refund of the deposit will be provided to the Client.
- Ownership and Usage Rights: The Photographer retains all rights to the photographs taken during the event. However, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal or promotional purposes.
- Image Delivery: The Photographer will deliver the edited images to the Client within [timeframe] after the event via digital download.
- Copyright: The Photographer retains the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes. Any additional usage by the Client requires written permission from the Photographer.
