A financial transaction proposal is a plan forwarded by a company whereby it seeks to enter into any deal with another company which involves some sort of financial transaction. Companies create agreements among each other and for the purpose of increase profits, expanding business and initializing mergers. Any such deal will require a transaction where both companies will profit from the agreement. A proposal is made where the details of the deal and the transaction are laid down so that both parties know what to expect from the agreement and how will it lead to profits and what will be the estimated amount of revenues from the financial transaction.
