Name of the event: Musical Melody Concert 2011

Event Organizers: Clifford Singing Association and Showmeld Event Managing Group.

Purpose: The year’s biggest Musical event aimed at collecting aids for the recent Tsunami ridden people at Japan.

Event Planning Details:

• The concert will be held at the National Arts Auditorium.
• Security personnel from the American police will be there to take charge of the risk and crowd management.
• The auditorium can accommodate a good many number of more than one thousand five hundred audiences.

Estimated Budget for the Event: $ 1000000

Media Partners: The publicity of the event would be chiefly handled by the television channels and radio stations. Live show will be telecasted at various television channels. Advertisements for the event will also be given in all the international as well as local dailies and even in various social networking sites.

Event publicity will start from: 16^th July 2011.

Last date of collecting sponsorship for the event: 15^th July 2011

Passes for the event could be collected from: 20^th July 2011.
