A building lease proposal is a proposition by which the terms and information related to the lease of a building is laid out. A building can be leased for commercial and residential purposes. Depending on the information given in the RFP or request for proposal, a plan can be prepared and offered by either the lessee or the lessor describing the building, its area, facilities, cost etc. When both parties approve the terms mentioned in the proposal, a formal agreement will be created incorporating the points. If the tenant is writing the building lease proposal, he must give a description of how he plans to use the building and for what purpose.
