A free training proposal is a free sample of a proposition forwarded by the department head or the human resources division of a company where the presenter proposes the need for training the employees to hone specific skills required for their job or for training in general. Some training proposals may also serve as an initiation process for new employees or trainees whereby they are made familiar with the different aspects of their work and the office. The training proposal must include the title of the programme, the goal or purpose of the training session, benefits of this training, duration of the programme, hiring of any external faculty, funds required and the plan of action to be followed to execute the training.
