A lease agreement proposal is a document which is created on behalf of either the lessee, the lessor or both, laying down the terms and conditions of a lease agreement and also giving crucial information about matters like the rent, the area of the property leased, amenities provided, duration of lease, other costs and any terms and conditions. Before making the final lease agreement, a proposal is created in order to highlight the points which will be eventually added in the lease agreement if the proposal is approved. By giving this information, both the lessee and the lessor know what to expect from the lease agreement.
