A sample training proposal is a document presented in order to propose a training programme for a company or organisation for improving the skills of its employees. Training programmes must be conducted from time to time to make sure that the members of the organisation are up to date with all the latest developments in the sector and so that they can perform better. But a proposal must first be made to the higher authorities which describes the training module and how it can be beneficial to the employees. It must also show how many hours employees need to give and what funds will be required to conduct the training. After all these details are given, the training proposal may be accepted or rejected accordingly.
