A proposal approval letter is a document which outlines the manner in which a particular proposal sent by an individual or a company or institution to another is to be accepted and that information is conveyed in the form of a formal letter. The proposal approval letter can mention the details and merits of the proposal and any other important follow-up can also be included in the letter. It must be professional in tone and should be written with care.

This is to inform you that your research proposal has been accepted by our selection committee and you are hereby given permission to present your proposal at our meeting on “Milton Today”, an inter-college seminar to be held on the 3rd and 4th of September 2012. This proposal has been retained by us and copies have been distributed to all the members of the selection panel. We request you to carefully peruse the copy attached along with this letter in order to note the changes and improvements we wish you to incorporate while working towards the final version of your research proposal.
We hope to receive a response from you soon. The last date for submission of papers is 4th August 2012 as those will be published in a journal to be brought out on the occasion of the seminar and hence, we will brook no delay in submission.
